About Your Guide
Hello! I'm Jessica "Ruby" Hernandez, LMFT, E-RYT. I am a licensed Psychotherapist in the state of California, and I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. I believe that we all have wisdom and treasures within, we just need to know how to tap in. I also believe that personal growth & self-care can and should be fun! So don’t take yourself too seriously while you're here; trust the merriment and learn some fun ways to take deep care of yourself!

YOGA CLASS

This is a __-minute "Release the Seriousness + Invoke the Silliness" yoga class, suitable for all levels of yoga experience. You may want to have a yoga block or stack of books/blankets/towels handy for some poses.

NOTICE:

It is your responsibility to check with your primary health care provider before beginning any physical exercise routines. Please be gentle with your body and practice the yogic principle of Ahimsa-non-violence by only doing the poses that work for your body.
If you are pregnant, please check with your doctor before beginning a yoga practice. During poses that require twisting of the torso, you may opt-out, or twist only from above the baby and up. There may be other contraindications with yoga poses depending on what trimester you are in. Again, please check with your doctor before beginning yoga, and only do what works for your body.
