What to Expect?
Tapping sessions are co-creative and deep! We will work on ONE topic for your session so we can go deep with it. After discussing the issue and how it's affecting your life, the
tapping will begin. We start by reviewing the tapping points,
and I will guide you "call and response" style throughout the process. You may change any phrase I offer as we tap to
make it suit you better.
Some people experience "off-gassing," which can look like sudden yawning, tears, warmth or coolness in the body, tingling sensation in the fingertips, etc. That means we're on the right path, and your body is releasing the stored "activation."
At the end of our tapping session, many people report feeling lighter, relaxed, empowered, peaceful, and calm in their body and mind. Plus, you will take away a handy new tool that you can easily apply to any stressful situation in your life!
How Long is a session?
EFT Tapping sessions can range from 60-90 minutes, which we will determine at the time of scheduling.
How many issues can I bring up in
You might want to prepare a list of 1-3 issues in mind to work with, but we will pick only ONE per session. This enables us to go deep and create lasting healing and change in your life.
Does EFT equal therapy?
No, this is not Psychotherapy, and having an EFT Tapping session does not make you my therapy client, but rather, my EFT Tapping client.
Where is the session held?
Sessions are held via zoom, phone, or skype. The best option will be determined at the time of scheduling.
Can I be
in 1 session?
While I'm holding the possibility open, be prepared that it may take more than one session, maybe even 2-3 to completely unravel an issue.
Every issue and every client is complex, and nobody lives in a vacuum--meaning that there's usually many layers to an issue.
My goal is to get to the bottom-most layer quickly so that we can efficiently heal from the deepest level. This will require you to be honest and open with me during the process.
How do I schedule & Pay for a session?

Payment must be made at the time of scheduling to hold your spot.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are made for this service or for missed session times. Be sure that you are ready, willing, and able to set aside the time to hold your session at the time that's scheduled.
Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the money paid for the session.
