I can forget about my to-do list, my cell phone, & merge with my essence, my true nature, as I merge with Mother Nature. My inner child feels safe to come out and play. This is a true gift. This is for you if: you want to escape the office to sloooow down and create a deeper inner connection as you connect to the natural world. or you want to multi-task & get some physical fitness alongside your mental fitness. Some people process thoughts better while moving their body. Or you simply enjoy breathing the fresh air created by our tree friends and are looking for a deeper way to unplug for an hour......
