Why We Need to Play As Adults

I'm not sure what age this begins, but somewhere between elementary school and adulthood, we have been taught that adults don't play. Playing is for kids.


Let me define play: creative, spontaneous, inspired by nature sometimes, pure silliness for the sheer joy of being silly.

We seriously need to take play more serious, and here's 3 reasons why:


Playing is not just for children; it's essential for adults too. Not only does play bring joy and laughter into our lives, but it also has numerous benefits for our mental and physical well-being.
