Women's Elemental Embodiment Retreat July 2026

I'm thrilled to announce that I am teaming up with fellow holistic healer and sound practitioner Janna Bowman to co-create a Women's Elemental Embodiment retreat this summer!
Janna has been leading groups to Mt Shasta, CA for the past 10 years, and knows all the best sacred places to connect with the elementals of the land, the waters, and the spirit of the mountain.
We will dance and drum together, build crystal grids on the land together, rest together, make art together, and heal together as we connect with the waters, the mountain, and the cosmic energies present in Mt Shasta. Each night you will be treated to a soothing sound bath in our own private retreat house.
It will be an exquisite combination of adventure, reverence, play, and rest, and we will be fed the most amazing high-vibe food by our own private chef!

Plus our retreat house has its own yoga studio for us to enjoy daily yoga taught by me, along with private natural mineral springs to swim in, and hammocks to lounge in.

What's Included?
Accommodations in our own private retreat house with our own natural springs to swim in and our own yoga studio from 5pm Thursday night through 10am Monday Morning.
All meals from Thursday dinner through Monday breakfast made onsite by our local private chef with local, fresh, organic and vibrant ingredients
All activities in the retreat: morning yoga, hiking and nature excursions, swimming, drumming, art journaling (supplies included), sound healing, crystal grid creation and meditations, dancing, dream analysis, etc.
